Kochhar Glass HQ houses offices, a showroom and a small fabrication studio under one roof. The brief was to make the company’s craft visible from the street — so the facade became a curated sequence of glass apertures of different scales, colours and textures.

The plan separates client-facing volumes from production, linked by a top-lit atrium that runs the depth of the building. Workstations look into the atrium; meeting rooms cantilever over the showroom below.

Steel, polished concrete and the company’s own glass form the material vocabulary – a working sample of what the brand can do.
