Corner 626 sits on a tight urban corner where two streets meet. Rather than retreat from the edge, the building leans into it – a folded facade of perforated screens shields the interior while signalling presence to the neighbourhood.

Inside, the plan rotates around a triple-height stair void capped with a skylight. Public floors below, private floors above, and a roof terrace that recovers the sky lost to surrounding density.
